groups with a support contract will also have a higher priority in receiving:
- Answers to email questions about use of the software.
- Answers to email questions about specific user data sets.
- Fixes for software trouble reports.
- Updates to accommodate new hardware and operating system versions.
- Targeted development of new software features and applications.
Suggested support contract fees are listed below.

Commercial development and training services are available at the rate
