dynAngles.tcl: Report or Display Protein or Nucleic Acid PDB Torsions.

Usage:
dynAngles.tcl pdbName1 [pdbName2 ...]

Flag	Argument	Default	Description
`-graph`			Display Residue vs Angle Information in Graphical Form.
`-prot`			Input is Protein Data (Default).
`-na`			Input is Nucleic Acid Data.
`-avg`			Report Angle Averages. Requires Multiple PDB Input Files.
`-hdr`			Display a Table Header for the Angular Information.
