scale2D: Report and Update Max and Min Values in NMRPipe-Format Data

Usage: scale2D [flags] file1 file2 ...

Flag	Argument	Default	Description
`-real`			Report Max/Min for Real Part (Default).
`-imag`			Report Max/Min for Imaginary Part.
`-all`			Report Max/Min for Real and Imaginary Data.
`-save`			Save the Updated Header (Default).
`-nosave`			Do Not Save the Updated Header.
