clustTab: Cluster Analysis of columns in a text table:

`-in`	`inName`		Input Name of Table.
`-out`	`outName`		Output Name of Table with Cluster Info Added.
`-x`	`xList`		List of Columns to Use, First Column is 0.
`-dist`	`distList`		List of Neighbor Distances for Each Column.

This program is supplanted by script clustTab.tcl
